I used fandango to buy tickets and I needed a refund and asked the front if I could get one before the show. They said I needed to wait until after the show started because they couldnt figure it out. Then fandango said because it was after the show the refund could not be issued. So dumb. I hope they learn their own systems soon. They didnt even offer me any tickets for a credit bc they couldnt figure that out either. Kinks on kinks or just criminals?
