    Terrible service, I never had do bad service in a five star hotel in my life. For St. Regis level that was the worst hotel Ive stayed. Employers dont speak English totally unprepared, lazy, not respectful and rudes. Rooms are ok but mine didnt have fire. At night I was cold and couldnt sleep.

    The guy who works in the front was extremely rude and plain racist ..:: I lived in Aspen for 8 years this is the craziest encounter with anyone..:: I was there to pick my friends who were staying at the hotel and as soon as I pulled they told me to leave their driveway with hostile manner I just politely told them I am picking my friend and his family for ski he told me he is going to trespass me I was like go ahead he even try to take my skis out of the car . I was like absolutely not . I am beyond disappointed for the way I was treated . Totally unacceptable to act that way towards anyone. I am sure race played huge part in their behavior because they were visibly polite towards other customers

    I would like to express my full recommendation of the St Regis hotel Aspen , The hotel its self has one of the most beautiful building in town , the best but I express best service with its diverse ethic staff , the hotel lobby has a wonderful setting and lounge vibes for drinks and food. The food is exaggeratedly good. Everyone in this hotel both guests and staff are so cultured and classy. I specifically want to Recommend the concierge Guru , showing outstanding service both professional and personal Maxwell Levy. This man will go all out to make a guest experience A pleasant one even if he is of duty , this man made my honey moon with my wife one of my best trips. Maxwell Levy showcases a world class service and highly recommend for any high roller looking for exceptional service
