        Rude shopkeeper. My mother walked in to look around, she was dressed for hiking. She was told by the clerk that this was a luxury consignment shop, inferring that she was not welcome. Im pretty used to snobbery and Aspen, but this was over the top.

        Thanks for your reply! The email was sent on the 27th and I replied on the 28th. I wrote thanks and that I would like to receive the amount you sold the item. I have checked all my email boxes unfortunately I havent received it. Do you mind sending a screenshot? I was at the store April 01 and the 3rd and I said to Deborah and your staff that I was traveling overseas. Im not in the US at the moment. I would appreciate it if you could follow up through email.         Little bird became extremely overpriced. I used to shop with my girlfriends, but last season we didn't. As I also used to consign some items. Unfortunately I cant agree with the owner about her answer. - We research every item and price accordingly to current market trends and comparable luxury resale. Love being able to offer our consignors and clients the best deals. NOT TRUE!! She has priced one of my item wrong and she doesnt follow up as she promised over the phone. Since January I have been chasing her to get the problem solved.

        Sorry, it was my mistake to write from my friend's computer. My name is Cleo! It is truly a consignment issue and I hope Deborah would be happy to resolve any issues. I have been in your store more than five times since January and spoke with all the staff. Which reached a point that one of them gave her cell number because the situation was unfriendly and unprofessional. Last month in April I spoke with her in person and she never followed up the price situation. I hope anytime soon we can solve it. Many thanks Cleo.

      Hello Cleo,The best way to reach us about consignment questions is directly through the store.The same protocol has always been used to price and sell your items. The Little Bird sends a a price list with the selling price. The email sent to you on January 28th stated the selling price as you requested. On January 29th you replied via email "Thanks. And, that you would stop by to pick up the bracelet we pass on". It's unfortunate there was a misunderstanding. We followed up with you regarding your questions about pricing via email on April 4th. We did not hear back from you and thought the issue was settled.We are happy to follow up with you via a phone call by the end of the week. The Aspen store is currently closed for the off season. The Willits location is open and you can reach someone there if you wish to speak to someone sooner.
