Tried to work with John on a business he had listed. His first comment to my broker was I dont work with other brokers not a good start and went downhill from there.
The biggest problem I had was his ethics. Telling several of us including his own client and my broker he refused to sell to an individual from India Very unethical comment.
I would definitely recommend not working with John as a buyers agent and be careful if you have to deal with him as a sellers agent. Tried to work with John on a business he had listed. I wasn't able to use John for the sale of my small business, but he was more than willing to chat about other options for me and did point me in the right direction for the sale price point of my market value.

We have been looking for a business to purchase over the last two years, most the brokers we dealt with were very un-responsive. From the start John was very professional returning our phone calls and replying to our emails very promptly. John has given us many referrals that have helped us out a lot. He continues to be helpful even after the sale, we would highly recommend John.
