Arvada Boat & RV Storage

They are so quick to fix problems that us tenants bring up. For example, since the road is a little bumpy they've put down even more gravel to make sure it's satisfied for the customers. The police station and the gate that requires a code to get in makes me feel even more secure with leaving my belongings over there.

I feel so at ease with the police station right next to the RV park. They do a great job answering all my questions and other things that I need. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent a spot for an RV or boat!

My husband and I have been looking for a place to store our RV and other stuff. We are very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the new management. The facility is in a secure location, it is gated and you need a code to access it. A big plus is there is a police station close to the Storage facility, we definitely recommend this business!

This place was very good... unti I was informed by a attendant named Piccolo that the company he works for owns the lot now and had walked through the lot and saw that my back window had been shattered.... This was in August of 2022 and there was no surveillance cameras... I went to get my vehicle at the end of September found out a brick had been thrown into my rear window... I told Piccolo that I was taking my vehicle and done with renting spot ... he had said that I would be removed from computer and access and account.... i had not noticed until December of 2022 that they were still taking money from my bank... in October and November... I have talked to Piccolo and Christopher about this and was told they needed bank statements and spot number and access number and all... they said I would be reimbursed by check... It's been 3 months and MO check.. I've gotten all excuses... NOW they won't answer phone or call or text me back ... l will find main office no. And call BBB and go further... Pissed off ., Jeff Ramirez
