Due to hail damage, my roof had to be replaced. The manager from this roofing company was my main point of contact, and he was very responsive throughout the process. He kept me up to date and informed on next steps. The new roof looks good and I feel the process went smoothly with no surprises. They walked me through the insurance claim process and subsequent paperwork. The only part I didn't like was their outdated electronic contract system. It was very 1980s, but I hear they have now switched to a new system.
