Odyssey Performance Physical Therapy

Chris is an absolute saint. Prior to meeting him I was experiencing terrible back pain for over two months. The pain was so unbearable that everyday simple tasks felt nearly impossible. Sneezing was excruciating, sleeping was incredibly painful, and I couldn't do anything that I found joy in without pain. I was seeing a chiropractor that was telling me I very likely had a herniated disk and that being pain free would never be an option again while rapidly losing hope. Enter Chris: Within one singular session he had restored my confidence in getting back to doing what I love and feeling great. I continued for an additional five sessions and am currently 100% pain free and doing everything I love with confidence and joy. Chris is a very down-to-earth guy that is easy to chat with and is incredibly knowledgeable and confident in his work. I will 100% be a lifelong patient whenever I decide to break myself off again and need fixing.

Chris was great to work with! He helped me to work through some nagging injuries and to finish the marathon I was training for. He provided different exercises with a mix of dry needling to help with different areas of my legs. He is very knowledgeable and good at communicating what we are trying to accomplish with each session as well ongoing. I really appreciate his care and expertise and would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Highly recommend working with Dr. Chris! I started coming to him after experiencing shoulder pain from a volleyball injury. After a few appointments and dry needling, I left pain free with a deeper understanding of my injury and how to strengthen my shoulder.
