Chip at Brookside Lending is the best mortgage broker out there! He gets it done and at the best rates possible! He helped us get great rates on our 1st home purchase in Lakewood, then he pro-actively contacts us when he knows its the right time to re-finance - what personalized and professional service! We compared his mortgage rates with the other, larger and more well known mortgage brokers out there, and Chip ALWAYS gets us a better rate than they do!
