I think they've probably revised their practices after getting all the bad reviews, I had a great experience. I booked an appointment that was about 5 days out, showed up 15 mins early, and was called in 10 mins early. No clue about walk ins though

I would not recommend this labcorp if you can help it. I had arrived well before the closing time, was checked in, and they were told that they couldnt complete a test I needed for work. The hours they verbally told me do not match the hours posted online. In addition to that, they were quite rude to me, saying that they didnt care what it said online. The gentleman right ahead of me in line was able to get his test done even though it was past their verbally appointed time of 3:30. A complete waste of time. All the bad reviews I see listed seem to serve their desired flow of traffic, which isnt much.

Not recommended for disabled and neurodivergent people.
Going here was a complete nightmare. They have no seating for disabled people to sit and wait. When she started the blood draw they drew for 7 tubes and at some point she had to restick me while still inside my arm and the vein was so blown out that it hurt to use my arm for a week. I get really dizzy and she keeps asking me if I'm all good and whenever I say yes, she says "No you're not ready". They have no accommodations for pre-syncope like juice. At some point I needed to do a UA, but I wasn't able to go (it happens), but when I came out and told the person this, she had a deep sign. I asked if I could leave now since I couldn't do much else, but she said they still need me and I should stay. She starts kinda panicking cause she doesn't know how to remove the UA from my order without deleting it, so her coworker says "Well can't do much else, might well try it". She tries it and deletes the whole order.
I ask to leave again, she says she still needs me. She calls her supervisor explaining everything. After the call she apologizes. While we are waiting for the supervisor to show up, someone checks in after they're closed so she checks outside, sees my partner waiting for me and very angrily tells him "WERE CLOSED" when he has been waiting for me to come out for over an hour cause they won't let me leave.
When the supervisor (a chill dude) gets there, he asks "what is she still doing here?" and she's like "We still needed her" and he's like "No we dont" turns to me and says "You can leave now".
