My fianc reached out for a quote to open a safe that we had lost the keys to. They requested she send images for a quote prior to their arrival. No prior quote was received and the technician was late upon arrival.
When the technician arrived he quoted her $315 and then quickly dropped it to $200 when she refused the initial quote. She kindly refused any service and asked him to leave.
The technician then demanded a $65 service fee for the trip. This fee was never discussed prior to the meeting. She reluctantly paid the fee out of fear from intimidation from the technician.
We have since reached out demanding a refund. We have not received any notice since.
The name of the technician was Josh.

Very poor experience. No pricing before on-site visit and then demanded a $65 service fee after being there for 3 minutes and not doing any work. Then haggling on the set price.

Lost my car key so called and got quoted 280 over the phone. Technician gets here and said it will be about 480.. kid takes about 6 hours to just make a key and tells me he doesn't know how to program it and all his coworkers and boss is asleep.. charges me 320 for the key that's not even able to start the car and tells me he would get somebody out next morning. Next morning comes around and I have to call to get a new technician out that has to charge me seperate labor and service fees
