We booked the rolls Royce for our wedding exit and getaway car! It was beautiful and classy. The driver was professional and kind. This was an amazing experience!

Our Sriver Mike was very kind and courteous. He was punctual on our pick up and showed us a great evening looking at Christmas lights.

Fantastic night! We booked the Holiday Lights Tour with an extra hour for a dinner stop. All 17 of us (young and old) had a blast! Our driver Denise was super communicative, friendly, and attentive. She was able to park right in front of the houses and we were able to watch the shows! Very cool way to view the lights/shows. Would 100% book again!

After writing my original review, I did get a call from a representative of box car limos. She offered no support and was extremely rude on the phone. Since there was a contract stating what was to happen and only 50% of that was completed, I asked for a 50% refund and she told me no, my wedding venue offered me $200 to take the review down, not Boxcar limos, so that is a false statement. I did not take that money because Im not taking down a true review in return for a small portion of what we were owed back. She did offer me to come take pictures with the car free of charge, but we live in Texas, so would have to get to Denver, and would never be able to replicate our wedding day, plus get our photographer there so that is extremely unreasonable. In regards to the timeline- we were running behind schedule which my coordinator was constantly updating the driver about, my photographer has told this company and the venue multiple times that she never told the driver he could leave. As for having my contact information, the driver had my phone number, but I had no calls from him. On the phone, boxcar limos suggested that I should have called him on the wedding day. So in the process of trying to enjoy my wedding day, take pictures and make sure everything is going accordingly, I also needed to figure out where the driver is, call around and find his phone number and resolve this situation. Honestly, if you want one more stressor on your wedding day, then this company is for you, but if not theres tons of others out there and I would stay away from these people.
Booked a Rolls Royce for my wedding- he took me and my maid of honor to the first look location, said he would wait for us so me and my groom could take pictures with the car. After we were done taking pictures, we could not find him anywhere, no notification with his location. I find out later that he asked my photographer if he could leave and she was like I guess? (I didnt realize my photographer was paying him??) I got zero pictures in the car or with my husband in the car. Ive been contacting my wedding planner over a month now and she says theres nothing we can do. Contract clearly states there was supposed to be pictures. Extremely disappointed in this service for just under $1k for 30 minutes of service and then left us.
