They honestly deserve 0 stars, completely incompetent. I have been requesting a form for a couple months now! When I call I sit on hold for atleast 30 min every time. Ive called several times to request each time Im told it takes up to 24 hours and I either get nothing or the wrong form. They do not return voicemails or emails. Dealing with this company is a full time job on its own. Today I was transferred to the wrong dept 4 times, I was excited when I saw I actually rcvd an email but wrong form

I was told by Ashley my rollover check would be sent in April, so I was in the market to purchase home and was ready to buy it. When I checked up on check being sent I was then told not till June first. They cannot get there times or story together over there. I need to get in touch with a supervisor and get the facts!!! This is ridiculous

1. i was put on hold for over an hour. #2 no communication effert on their part. #3.no effert to help with solution.#3I have been retired over 13 yrs. and did not receive a suspension notice till 3days before JULY 1 ( to explain that more they mailed out the letter on the 27th and I recieved the letter on the 1st on the day of my pension that I did not recieve my pension) and lost of my pension check which totally wrecked my account and auto bill pay putting me in a big negative way #4 no help from customer service to help solve the problem they created#5 even I could of solved their issues #6 I even talked to supervisers and they no idea how to solve the problem nor they had no empathy to help.#7 As a company that deals with retirees they should be more empathic of situations.#8 they were very COLD talking to someone on disability and they need alot of training on how to talk to retirees who worked hard for what pension they got#8 the whole situation made me so sick that I ended up in the hospital#9 giving a 1 star is not good they deserve no star review
