Reach & Reiki

Reiki with Haley changed my life for the better. She offered me so much more than energetic healing - it was a truly holistic healing experience which I will forever be grateful for. Haley truly cares - she is an inspiring practitioner, wonderful person and has a wealth of insight and support to offer.

Haley is an absolute joy to work with. I was incredibly hesitant about starting reiki, and while I was hopefully it would help me, I felt overall like it would be a one time thing at best. I have been working with Haley for over three years now, and can not emphasize how much her practice has impacted my life for the better. I feel significantly more tuned into my connection to my energy and body but most importantly, I always enter/ leave sessions with her feeling grounded. On our hardest days, I feel cared about and deeply supported. On the easiest of days, I feel vivacious and loved. I can not recommend her more highly.

I've had both in-person and distance reiki several times from Reach & Reiki. Haley really customizes the session to be what you need -- even if you don't know yourself. She explains everything she is doing, answers any questions, and gives you food for thought (or sometimes homework!) when you leave. I always feel so taken care of with Haley as she really takes the journey with you through the process, and when I release emotions from laughter to tears she is always holding space so I feel safe to do so. I can't recommend Reach & Reiki enough. I'll miss our in person sessions in NYC, but so excited for more distanced sessions!
