        Just turn my card off for no reason. This bank sucks so bad. I am amazed they are still in business. I love the responses from canvas " seems odd". Well you turndle off my card. You guys suck! My card is locked out again 2/11. I'm going to move to another bank.

        was just looking for hours when I noticed it says LGBTQ friendly, what does that even mean? are there people your not friendly with? do I need to be aware?

        I opened my account here customer service was great was in and out within 30min but I did have an appointment. ATMS at this location suck they never work. So you have to go in and wait in line unfortunately which is why I am giving 3 stars.

        awful! the line is always long, someone stands at the door with their laptop greeting people vs. helping them. never enough bankers, they dont care about customers. put holds on your money for no reason. they do not have a diverse workforce.
