Nice place to shop friendly staff

I've been going to the grocery store for years and have had a generally positive experience in the past. Howeve, I was disappointed by the lack of initiative and courtesy on the part of one employee. I was in the checkout line and an older gentleman cashier was helping me. Behind him was a younger male employee who was waiting for him to finish up so he could take over at the register. I had a lot of groceries and I brought my own bags. Instead of offering to help, the younger employee sat on his phone and ignored me. There was no one in line behind me and he continued to stare at his phone while I bagged my groceries. I've worked in customer service for years and being friendly and helpful is a big part of that. Most of the staff here are wonderful and I don't think this was representative of the team as a whole.

Usually go for my movies and game collection (sometimes food and clothes)! Straightforward, and a solid location!

Associates are much better at customer service than the store in Westminster.
