The entire staff is very unprofessional and cold! We pulled into to driveway a staff member stared us down and as soon as we got out of the Uhaul truck he disappeared into the shop, didn't say hello or go to hell for that matter. I walked into the store 2 men sitting at computers , horrible customer service they did NOT acknowledge me until my husband walked in. Staff desperately needs customer service training. Customer service is key! I do not suggest this business. I am a business owner myself.

I have a 2008 Subaru Impreza that I have had recent work done at trinity. They fixed my clutch, my valve cover gaskets and oil sensor pressure. They are honest about work needing to be done and got it done in less than a day both times which was very helpful! They are very fair about their prices and a huge difference in prices compared to Meineke across the street who wanted to charge me almost $1,000 more and told me my brakes were bad when they in fact they werent. I appreciate you guys (Mike & Jason) and will definitely be back for any further work done! I recommend to anyone needing auto services.
