For being 545pm and the store closing at 6. Zoe took her time in assisting us with all of our questions, gave us recommendations, and is super knowledgeable! A friend and I came here to get her break lights fixed. These guys wanted to charge her 60 dollars for 3 dollar lights. The man who was telling us this was condesending and rude. We waited an hour just to have them tell us it was 60 dollars

After making an appointment a day in advance for an alignment on my boss's Jeep for 10am today, he arrived early for the appointment and waited until 10:50 with no movement on his vehicle. The shop then informed me the process to do an alignment was between an hour and an hour and a half, however, his vehicle wasn't even touched when he left at 10:50. That would mean an hour to an hour and half from the time it is taken back, so basically the shop was over an hour behind. I called this store 30mins prior to the 10am appointment and spoke to the manager himself (Chris) and he didn't mention being behind or that the appointment was going to be pushed back. This is poor communication on many levels. I understand the time it takes for the alignment, but then to have to wait for an hour before the vehicle has even moved from the parking lot? Also, the staff was jovial and joking around while people were waiting to be helped. I definitely do not recommend this place.
