I have always heard great things about acupuncture, but it wasn't until I stumbled upon Sophia's Instagram profile and website that I decided to book a session. I wanted help managing general stress from work, my sprained ankle, and getting my hormones back on track (which she specializes in!!). When I arrived, I immediately felt more calm - the office is super cute, warm, and inviting to match Sophia's presence. You can tell she is super passionate about her practice. The acupuncture session was truly nothing to worry about at all - it was easy, relaxing, completely painless, and an overall very gentle and relaxing experience. After a few minutes, I could feel certain parts of my body really start to relax and the tension in areas melt away. It's usually extremely difficult for my brain to shut off and actually *relax*, but acupuncture definitely has a way of getting you into a relaxed state and quick. After the acupuncture, Sophia wanted to focus on getting more of the tension out of my shoulders and back where I carry and feel most of my stress and discomfort. To summarize, I am now a HUGE cupping fan. My back felt so good afterwards and I went home and slept like a baby. I can't wait to continue sessions and see the difference it can make in my overall mental and physical health. I highly recommend booking Sophia!

I've been seeing Sophia for a few months for acupuncture for anxiety and a hormonal imbalance and my results have been shocking! Not only is my anxiety gone, but I've been able to feel so much more regulated in my hormones through my cycle. As an added bonus, she is always able to help me feel so relaxed and at ease during each session as someone who has always been anxious around needles. I leave each session feeling relaxed and like I've just done something to truly take care of myself. If you're looking for a great acupuncturist, you need Sophia!

Truly disappointed and concerned. Had acupuncture before at other places and never had an issue. Went there once and got nerve damage from one of the practitioners, which was verified by a doctor. I'm experiencing numbness, tingling, burning, and electric nerve jolts weeks and weeks later. Told them about it and they expressed no sympathy or offered an apology, nor did they take ownership that it was their doing. Extreme lack of professionalism and deeply concerned about their qualifications. Do not recommend!

I've seen Sophia every week for two years now. We have hardly missed any sessions. I trust her whole hearted. She takes so much pride in her work and truly cares about her clients experience and lives. She never ceases to amaze me. I can't recommend her enough. She has impacted my life forever.

Sophia is knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced, and easy to be around. She created an individual acupuncture plan and specialized Chinese herb blend for me and since seeing her weekly and taking my herbs I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and how I feel. I feel completely comfortable with her and trust her judgement and expertise.
