I have used them for over 10 years. Never a problem and they always have my best interest. Up to date on tax laws and up to date on technology! This is a company that knows customer service!

WOW, I just wrapped-up my 2020 personal and business taxes and realized that this is my 30th year of doing business with John Lindeberg! My wife and I just have to say what a professional pleasure it has been working this family owned and operated firm. Traditionally I don't take time to write reviews but the prompt response time, especially on some difficult projects, has truly exceeded our expectations. Kudos to you all and keep up the great work!!!

I used Lindeberg and Associates for about ten years. Over the past few years, customer service has begun to slide. If I call, I get voicemail. If I leave a voice asking for a call back, I get an email. Simple things that should take a short conversation take days and multiple asynchronous communication efforts. Last year I switched to another accountant. When I asked for my depreciation schedules to be sent to me, evidently their responses went to my junk mail. After I left a message asking for a return call or for the depreciation schedules to be sent, I got the attached email response. From my perspective, this was my first email from them. Not overly impressed with the lack of professionalism. Again, a simple phone call saying they had been sent would have solved the problem. At least this response prompted me to look in my junk folder, I guess. ‍

I work closely with the Lindebergs as a professional partner and I can not speak highly enough of them. I work with several accountants in my line of work and John, Brad, and the rest of the team are absolutely top notch. They're incredibly responsive when we need assistance with mutual clients and even more importantly, they proactively provide us insights and recommendations. There is no doubt in my mind that any client that works with their team is getting the absolute best in service tax preparation and strategy possible.
