I appreciate Friday Health so much. My broker was great. She set me up with a plan I can afford. My doctor's in my network are great. I have spinal cord problems, and they are doing everything they can to help. Everytime I had a question about a bill; they helped me deal and take care of it very fast. Mutal calmness with respect goes a very long way. I'm on my second year with them and have all my medical needs lined up. Alamosa, Colorado has the best employees there at Friday Health.

Never received my insurance card and as a result had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a prescription. Good luck getting a human being on the phone to answer questions. Avoid at all costs.

I have Friday health plans and thought it was pretty good until I needed to have a colonoscopy done as a routine screening because of my age. At that point they said if it comes back fine then they cover 100% but if anything is found wrong then I will have to pay for it because it becomes diagnostic. How is that right, I don't know that anything is wrong, but it is a crap shout because if they find something I have to pay for the test. So, Americans you need to sit home and let cancer or whatever may possibly be present eat you up because our health plans don't give a crap about you. If can't afford to pay the entire procedure you will just have to die. How can a screening suddenly become something else? If something is found during a routine screening, then everything after that should be subject to deductible I mean after all isn't that what a screening is for is to see if anything is wrong?

Getting through to anyone is a nightmare. I have tried to call and email the company regarding my insurance plan but it's very difficult to get a response. All I want to do is change my address and I can't seem to do that on the website or through customer service. This is not acceptable.
