Just as we started exploring the market to purchase our first home, we met Jessica at the first open house that we went to. We hadnt even out much thought behind working with an agent yet, but we ended talking for about half an hour and learned so much about the local market from her. We could tell she had a great grasp on the area. After leaving we had a great feeling about working with her so we ended up contacting her the next day and about 2 months later we closed on our first home. Jessica was so awesome along the way. Giving her honest opinion about properties we had interest in and not just trying to get us into something asap for a quick commission. Given that we lived 2 1/2 hours away, Jessica would tour homes we were interested in and send detailed walk-through videos of the home during the weekdays when we couldnt make it out. This was extremely helpful considering the competitiveness of the market. We submitted a blind offer on the home we closed on thanks to Jessica being able to provide that detailed video feedback. Every step of the way was so much easier than we assumed it would be. Thanks again Jessica!

We had a great experience with Jessica. We started our housing search before moving to the area so pretty much only corresponded through the phone and FaceTime. Jessica was always available and must have worn out her tires driving all over the high desert for us. She really listened to what we were looking for, was very honest in detailing positives and negatives of each house, and we felt like she really advocated for us with each offer we made. It was clear that she wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. Ill also add that she works a lot with military families and is very much in tune with our benefits and needs. Would 100% work with her again.
