I love dr.kofi,best pediatric in yucaipa but receptionists Trina, give me a hard time when I sign in. Yucaipa location staff needs to improve their customer service!!!!!

GET SERVICE HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT SCORE TO DROP! My husband went in for URGENT care and was charged $50.00 copay at the time of service. He paid via debit card and it cleared the bank. Several months later, we received a letter stating that his account was delinquent. He contacted their patient financial services and had to prove that he paid at the time of service. They acknowledged this was their mistake and he was told that they would resolve the account. 3 months later, we received a collection letter from their contracted collection company Designed Receivable Solutions, Inc. asking for the same $50 (plus interest now)! Had to call them, prove to them that it was paid, and that we had already resolved this with Pinnacle. We had to get Pinnacle to send a special letter to their collection company. Then the collection company sent us a letter stating that they had instructed the credit bureaus to remove any entries relative to this account. It's been years now, and we are applying for credit, and GUESS WHAT? They never followed through and it's still showing up on my husband's credit report. So now we have to dispute it with the credit bureaus. Luckily we save all our financial records, but what a headache! Irresponsible financial department. And the care my husband received at the urgent care was mediocre. We will NEVER seek care through Pinnacle ever again.
