I made an appointment for 5pm at noon and submitted my insurance information in the portal. I arrived for my appointment and they hadn't called to verify my co-pay. They offered to see me but I'd have to pay out of pocket. I asked if the admin could schedule an appointment for me the next day and that I could come back so they could have time to check my insurance. She informed me that I'd have to schedule online instead. They weren't very helpful.

I took my son in today to be seen for a sick visit. Its a Sunday so his pediatricians office is closed. We were seen relatively quickly. Staff was very courteous. PA Eric was very professional and made my son feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!
