    My old wall oven finally quick working and George came by and fixed it very quickly. He showed up the day of the appt and we are very happy with the work.Would definitely recommend Acts Appliance for repair needs.

    I had paid one of your guys to come out to my house twice to try and fix my dishwasher and he couldn't get the job done so I told him to give me a refund both him and his assistant assured me that I would be getting it in the mail in a week or two and after the second week of waiting for it nothing came so I called them again on 10/13/2022 at 4:32 PM (Pacific Time) his assistant told me that she doesn't know but she will ask the boss what is going on with the refund and that she will call me back when she finds out i had to call her again the very next day 10/14/2022 at 8:51 AM (Pacific Time) and she told me that the boss forgot to send out the refund but then she followed up with assuring me that he will personally drop off the refund in my mailbox the very next day 10/15/2022 it is now 10/16/2022 and I still haven't got my refund i tried calling but no one picks up and I have tried leaving voicemails in the passed but they still ignore me these people are being very unprofessional the last time they were physically here was on 8/30/2022 all i want is my refund it shouldn't be taking this long for something as simple as giving a refund if somebody doesn't tell me a real date on when am going to get it i will be taking the next steps to get my money back

    George (owner/tech) came to troubleshoot my ice maker that wasnt making ice. He suggested I needed a new ice maker, so he put a new one in and it still didnt fix it. So he came back and removed the new ice maker (that I paid for) and put my old one back in and said he needed to order some parts and once they arrive hell schedule a time to come back and fix it. Well those parts never got ordered and I didnt here back from him. After contacting him multiple times (like 5 times), each time I talked to him he said he was going to refund me for the ice maker I bought but dont have since he took it out and never returned to finish the job but has NOT REFUNDED me for it. Every time I talk to him he apologizes and says its not a lack of not wanting to refund you, its a lack of forgetfulness.
