We had a monster gray pine come down during the recent storms. I was pretty lucky in that it just missed the house and our landscaping, actually very lucky. I called Twin Cities, he came out immediately and gave me a very, very fair estimate. Since then he has followed up on it as we wait for the ground to dry out so he can clean it up. I'm only rating this four stars, until they finish the work. Then I'll be able to give them the five star rating once they're done.

A tree service with great people skills and customer service? Look no further Twin Cities has it! We have a 4500 gallon koi pond with a 25 ft tree behind it, the tree was bending over our pond with cracking ground at the root base. I called Twin Cities immediately, Taylor answered my call and she could tell I was in a bit of a panic, no questions asked Taylor direct calls me over to Jake and listens to our situation. Jake made us a priority and made it out to our home in less then 2 hours, 4 trucks and a crew show up observe the situation no standing around here, the whole crew was moving and doing there part working like a synced machine. This was NOT an easy task with the tree hanging over a koi pond full of fish. This same tree would have hit our house (go to Twin Cities Facebook page pictures and videos of this job). Not only did they remove the tree they removed it with no harm to our pond, fish or any damage to my koi pond system. This was not the end, two days later I have a 30ft redwood tree in my front yard I notice cracking at the base of the tree, the crack was showing a lot of separation. I called Twin Cities Taylor again answers the phone Jake luckily had stopped into the office and took my call right away. Jake dropped what he was doing in the office comes out to the house observes the tree. Jake immediately goes to work, makes a call out to one of his crews and lets them know to head out my way as a priority. Jakes Team showed up within an hour. This time Twin Cities saved a tree from falling on my neighbors house. Jake's team at Twin Cities Tree service is second to none! Thank you again Jake, Taylor and Team. Tony Service: Tree removal
