When communicating with any contractor about prospective work, one always hopes that the process will go smoothly and that the work will be completed in a professional and timely manner. Jon Law and crew not only met expectations but exceeded them and always in a friendly manner. We initially wanted the exterior of our home painted. When some unexpected repairs surfaced, Jon, his son and staff were at the ready and again quickly and professionally did what was necessary to resolve the situation. When my wife and I requested that additional work be completed, including the staining of the double front doors, it was also expedited in a professional and timely manner. As a result, the exterior of our home is beautiful. My wife and I found the entire experience of working with Jon Law and his staff delightful. We are thrilled with the result. Laws did a good job. They were very professional, but I do have a few suggestions. 1. There should be a final walk thru the day before the job is completed. We caught a few things after they job was completed and decided to take care of things ourself. 2. I would strongly suggest the painters carry a flat blade screwdriver to remove any electrical outlets that the home owner forgets to remove. We found a few outlets that had paint on them and were painted around. 3. I'm confused as to why the rugs weren't taped off where the walls meet the rug. You can see the previous paint still on the walls. Again, they did a good job, but..it was an inconvenience to have to do so many touch-up spots.

Recently, I needed a small group of two-story apartments painted in the historic district of Marysville. I received a timely estimate and Jon helped me stay in compliance with the colors allowed by the city. Jon and his crew were professional and prompt. They fixed some dry rot prior to painting. They were considerate of my tenants and cleaned up when finished. The place looks like new again. Reasonable and great communication. I just have to say that Jon is awesome! Extremely personable, professional and answers phone calls or texts about the job in a timely fashion. His crew painted the inside of our house - it took longer than expected - by both parties - but he did send out painters on a holiday to try and get it done to fit our needs. I completely trusted all of his crew to paint inside the house without worrying about a thing when we weren't home. In the end, Jon kept to his estimate and did not charge extra even with the holiday staff and the additional coats of light colored paint we chose to cover the existing dark paint. He also trusted me to talk to his crew during the process to make sure the job got done to our expectations. Kudos Jon! Service: Interior painting
