        Talked to someone over the phone and was told they could do catalytic converter install, as mine was stolen. He told me I had to bring the part, ok fine. He refused to send a quote to my insurance on email, told me I had to drive 30 mins to get a paper one. Refused to communicate with my insurance at all, actually suggested I over charge my insurance company to make an extra $500.00 when I ask for the boss he then told me the boss wasnt there and if he was he wouldnt care. Weird.
