Receptionist are professional and kind. However, this should not be a walk in service for x-rays with a 2-3 hour wait!! This is not a hair/nail salon! These should be scheduled appointments, just like any other medical office or facility. I'm not from this area and have never experienced this in my life. Most people have jobs and cannot afford all of this time off. Going on 2.5 hours so far. In the future I will go to another imaging center. Looking on the chart time online right now and it says not busy. Need to fix that false info!

Been there early the lady took my order and she said take about an hour so I did my errands and back after an hour finding out she didnt register my name so when I came back somewhat like I have to wait another an hour. Change your system from walk -in to appointments plus you giving priority first even they came late than us. Not even 1 star is good in X- ray .

Brought my daughter in for a back X-ray to check for scoliosis and checked in at 4:26, and did not get called till 5:40. Ridiculous they claimed all urgent care patients are stat and more important than those waiting like my daughter. They should make appointments or have a separate area for urgent care X-rays. Poor management and awful slow service.

My mom went in for a dexa scan here, not once but three times for the same order. The first time the technician, Colleen, didn't do all of the x-rays requested. The second time she lied to my mom about the table weight limit stating it was 280, even though my mother weighs less than that. They cancelled her appointment twenty minutes prior because of her weight. Colleen continued to argue with my mother over the phone and tell her no and that she was wrong. After calling the supervisor the technician called her back stating she could all the sudden do the exam as long as my mom was under 300lbs (which she has been the entire time). Terrible customer service and no apology!

Most people have jobs and cannot afford all of this time off.
Going on 2.5 hours so far. In the future I will go to another imaging center. Looking on the chart time online right now and it says not busy. Need to fix that false info!
