Dr. Alghannam is amazing and very understanding to my pain. He tries very hard to make sure I get the best results from his treatment. Staff is also very helpful. Highly recommend Feather River Pain Management and Dr. Alghannam.

I've read about poor quality of service from employees. I may have to call a second time as a reminder bc it's a very busy office. However, I've not been inconvenienced by making a reminder call. I've also called and the doctor answers his office phone when staff is busy. Dr. Alghannam is very professional, compassionate and so much more. What's really amazing is after hours emergency calls can be made to his office and you select option 2. He returns your call within 30 minutes or at least that's been my experience. I can't ask for more. I no longer hurt AND, I take less than 15 orals over a 4 month period bc the pump works. Other doctors may microdose. It takes years to get any relief. This doctor doesn't believe in microdosing.

If your injection requires a prior authorization, be warned. You will be waiting months and get nowhere. If you question them, the provider will get on the phone and tell you its your insurance thats the problem and that he doesnt have time to get prior authorization approvals. Hes a liar and not getting an injection through him was a blessing in disguise. Who knows how many people have been harmed by this provider but after reading the reviews I know I wasnt the only one who had to suffer months waiting on a prior authorization that was never even submitted by Savanna in the first place. This place is a joke
