Sutter can have more stars when someone actually answers the phone or responds to a request to schedule an appointment. Every single day I call (at different times) and am always immediately put on hold. No one ever picks the phone back up.

If youre looking for a place that cares about you, go elsewhere! This OB office has caused me nothing but stress. Canceled my APT that I set up 2 months ago just because they felt like it. Sutter health in general is just a mess though. The people at this company do not care about anything except $$$$. They will make you wait 2-3 hours past your appointment and then give you an attitude when you want to speak to your Dr for longer than 5 minutes. RUN from this place.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. I have had years of experience working with this office and it seems to be the ONLY obgyn in the yuba Sutter area. Half of the desk staff is actually really helpful and nice, the other half are absolutely rude and cannot handle being corrected when being rude. Being pregnant, I will not tolerate being treated poorly. This is a drs office, if you cannot care for others why would you pick this line of work? I understand that customer service is hard but it's even harder when you're rude to people. I have so much more to say about this office and their terrible services but I'll leave it at that. Do better Sutter ....
