I was a little upset because online they gave me one prize and I went into the store and it was gonna cost a $160 for my upgrade just for activation

My plan is great for travel. A necessity! Had I not that necessity I'd prefer Metro as it works better locally

We've been there a few times, and it seems like the employees are expecting a smash and grab of products at any minute. On one visit, we were looking at a phone and decided to get a different one. The salesperson couldn't get the other phone because an employee had just come out of the back room. I guess the door or safe or whatever, to the products can only be opened every 10 minutes, so if someone uses it and doesn't grab everything, it locks for another 10 minutes. Happened twice, that was 20 minutes of sitting and waiting. On my recent visit to the store (June 2023), I went with my daughter. We asked if they had note pads or something with a touch screen. She was thinking about getting one for college. We wanted to look at them to see what they were like and if it would work for her. They had no product available to look at on the sales floor. When we said we wanted to actually see the product, they flipped around the device they use use for transactions and said "its similar to this." (Well, YES!! Sign me up! I'll buy an iPad based on what you use for work!! Excellent presentation! ) Then they proceeded to look at the current offers on paper printouts and kept reading us the sales that were offered. ??? Weird. Anyway, we won't be back. There is a store a mile away that actually has products out, not locked up, and you can see it, use it, and get a feel for what you may want to buy. This store is odd.
