        Employee didn't even vacuum my carpet before he cleaned. the owner told me to vacuum before the visit and that his employees would also vacuum but when i asked the Employee he said he wasn't required with a rude attitude. I then followed up to ask if he was just shining me on and the owner told me i was wrong about him promising to vacuum. 10/10 very unprofessional.

      I have not received any call of a job not turning out correctly. Or anything on this. We are happy to go back and re clean any areas needed.
