Unique and reliable storage for this town. Has indoor controller climate and friendly staff. Interesting shop full of trinkets from around the world that the owners have found on their personal travels. Wonderful way to store your belongings for safekeeping. I definitely recommend people with only a few items to store at. It's not ideal for people without of items or heavy stuff if you get a unit upstairs or downstairs. It does have a lift to go up or down but it's street parking so not going to be able to drive up and unload as it's not your typical storage unit.

Update: 6-6-23 It was confirmed in an email that they are indeed open until 5:30, but have now stated that I was refused entry to my unit because "my moving activities that day would have lasted well beyond the 5:30 closing time." I don't know how that conclusion could have been reached because they had no way, shape or form to know what belongings I had or how long it would have taken. FYI- I had 3 boxes. I was also then told I have the option of calling the owner for after hours, but, funny enough, I already had with the only number I had been given. Oh yeah, and I "perceived all rudeness." Avoid this place at all costs, they are a joke. Update: 6-9-23 Now everything, all my property in my unit HAS BEEN DESTROYED! Improper building maintenance caused my unit to be water damaged from top to bottom. Climate-controlled MY ASS! Oh, and I can move my damaged belongings to a dry unit, as long as I RENT IT?! Update: 6-10-23 After having been contacted by a neighboring unit that was also flooded out, I now highly suspect that the reason I was kept out on Saturday WAS in fact because of this leak. The neighboring unit was also told they could move into a dry unit, IF THEY RENTED IT. They also mentioned mold in their unit, which now alarms me about whether or not mold is now growing in mine, while I have to fumble around trying to find a new SAFE place to put what is left of my belongings. Update: 6-10-23 2.0 They are now claiming that they never said I had to pay for the dry unit. I guess multiple people misunderstood? They also claim that there is no connection between Saturday and the leak. I am unsure what to believe. What I do know is that they knew they had a leak on Thursday and did a half assed job trying to contact me about it. Update: 6-11-23 John was finally able to provide the much-needed transparency that should have happened from the get-go. My money was reimbursed for the month, the employee who crossed the line has been delt with, and I am moving forward with my insurance claim. I truly wish John had been available to deal with this from the start, as I do not think this would have snowballed like it did without him there. Update: 6-15-23 I am now being pressured to vacate my unit more quickly over concerns about their carpets. When it was suggested they hire movers to assist me, those concerns suddenly evaporated.

They do not follow their open hours. They advertised being open until 5:30 on Saturdays, yet I was asked to leave by their staff before 5. I called to inquire if I was wrong (was ignored) and returned to ask again after rechecking their website and listening their phone message which plainly stated that they were supposed to be open until 5:30. I asked the staff if I misunderstood, because they had even advertised on Facebook (on May 2nd 2023) that they would be open later. I was rudely scolded that the times are on the damn door; they have always only been open until 5 on Saturdays, and it didn't matter what I had to say about what was advertised, but they were closed. Side note: Thank you to the rude lady's co-worker that mouthed the words sorry to me... she also was under the understanding that they were open until 5:30.
