        Wildly incompetent, unprofessional, predatory people. It's not like I would expect a debt collection company to care about the customer service experience of the people they harass, but the Yreka office literally can't even use email. They have no method to accept online payment. The people who answer the phone cannot answer the most basic questions.

        Taking poor people's money in town for hospital and medical bills, sad. After one missed payment they were going to sue me. Be careful. Also, they are rude. I am not talking about the people taking payments, but the ones behind the scenes, threatening everyone that "it's on our attorney's desk now. They were going to decline my payment because it was too low for them, it was $100. I heard that was illegal to deny payments when you're trying to make them. This is their pledge. Make sure they follow it, because they are mean: ""I believe every person has worth as an individual. I believe every person should be treated with dignity and respect. I will make it my responsibility to help consumers find ways to pay their just debts. I will be professional and ethical. I will commit to honoring this pledge."
