I cannot fully express how happy and pleased my wife and I are about Mr. Birdsong's level of service and commitment while helping us buy a house. I constantly got the impression that he cared more about getting us the right house and right deal than even I did. I also know that he supported my wife and I in getting a house that had a lower commission than some other ones that we saw. He acted as a proper fiduciary and put his clients' financial interests ahead of his own. It was only after the deal was closed that I realized the lower commission and he never once alluded to it or tried to push us away from the deal. This is a rare trait. I cannot stress enough how important this is in business. Go with this man, either buying or selling your home.
