        Hours are not updated as they should be. When you call customer service they tell you to check a few hours later and when you do they are still not updated. Called back and they say to check back 3 hours later again. It is 2pm now 3 hours from now it will be 5pm. If CTEC requires anything else it will be too late to get anything done. It really sucks
