Darlene made it happen for us. Once we decided to sell our house, we wanted to get it on the market ASAP. Right after our first meeting with Darlene, she gave us a " to do" list to get our house ready. We needed Darlenes' expertise and advice, which helped us find a buyer quickly. The deal presented by the buyer had some contingencies, and Darlene explained and managed the sale so well that we felt comfortable with all the moving parts. 5 stars arent enough for Darlene! We met Darlene at an open house and she immediately took notes of our interests and set us up with an online platform to find homes that suited our needs. As first time home buyers, she made the home buying process simple and easy to understand because she talked us through every step. She has a wonderful network of trusted people to work with, we truly feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with Darlene! Not only is she an absolute delight to work with but she is incredible at her job! She is patient, quick to communicate and respond, thorough and a great negotiator. She is kind and honest and never once was pushy or demanding. She works so incredibly hard for her clients, she was always a text or phone call away any time and answered all our concerns and questions. Thanks to Darlene we bought out dream home! Want to give a shout out to those of you considering listing your property with Dar. --Just do it and thank me later. The Details: We listed the house we've lived in for 29 years with her based on our feeling when she gave her listing presentation to us. I'm not sure what makes her tick, but she seemed to care as much or more than even we did about getting the property successfully sold to the right buyer. She was clear on what we needed to do. She laid out her game plan with us, and then staged and marketed the house with some help from her friends, and held 4 consecutive days of open houses. She was there the whole time. Two days after those open houses--our home hadn't even been on the MLS for a week--and she sat at our kitchen table and reviewed the double digit offers she had received (yes I said double digits; it was a nice problem to have). All were at or above asking price. Dar then handled all the issues the buyers had between signing the offer and closing, which seemed like a lot. But we believe the buyers we selected together will be a great fit for this neighborhood, which also matters to us. Surprisingly, Dar was also very affordable. I'm sure she'd be equally effective as a buyer's agent. She did her homework. Always proactive and ahead of the game. Hard to imagine anyone doing any better. I guess this sounds like a paid advertisement haha. It is not. This review is just our way of making others aware of her and our gratitude that she took this assignment so seriously and did a boss-like job.

Darlene was instrumental in helping us sell our Yorba Linda home in 2021. She was great in helping us prepare for the open houses and getting us the number we needed to make our dream come true of buying the home of a family friend. This couldnt have happened with out her dedication and expertise!
