Leak Masters Plumbing-Rooter

We just moved in our new home and the toilet water is backing up to the bath tub, drain was so slow and there's a water leaking in front of our kitchen sink. I mentioned all this problem to Ben and he came by the house the following day. He did a very thorough job hydrojetted the main sewer line to remove the clogged. This solve our problem and he gave us a six months warranty. Ben was very professional and friendly.

Contacted Ben for a couple of issues.  He responded quickly, and provided a far better quote than competing bids.  Ben replaced a pressure reducer valve on his first trip, and I was so pleased with his work that I had him back to replace an aging water heater.  Don't hesitate to contact Ben for your plumbing needs...I would definitely use him again.

You won't get any nonsense from Ben the owner. After being smacked with a $650 water bill from Golden State Water company in Placentia, it was obvious I had a massive leak somewhere underground at my home. Within a couple hours of panicking over this unexpected revelation on a Friday afternoon, I was able to Ben over to assess my problem. He was upfront about pricing and what to expect. He determined which valve I needed to shut off to stop the meter from running endlessly. Now I can breathe and think about next steps with my insurance company. Phew!

Ben detected the leak within 15 minutes, then checked and double checked to make sure where he isolated it to was correct by checking all areas of the house - a thorough job and he knows what he is doing. Came back the following day to perform the repair. His price was reasonable, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and provided options and recommendations.  Well done Ben!
