Nathan and his team are the sweetest and most enthusiastic, caring and helpful people !! I enjoy calling them to pay my bill and they always remember who I am when they answer the phone ! Nathan knows customer service! We have had several different insurances in the past with different agents. I have never been completely satisfied with others. Nathan continues to surprise me with his attention and service. We have had a few claims come our way and Nationwide has stepped up and helped us through all of it. It's never easy to deal with claims and all the different departments but Nathan has stepped in to clarify everything for us.

I was recently rear-ended by what turned out to be an uninsured driver. I contacted my agent and he immediately reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Within a day, I was put in contact with a claims agent and adjuster. The adjuster came to my house and then set up a rental car for me.After taking my car to the body shop for repairs, the estimate just about tripled, but it went through with no problem and the body shop even had it finished well ahead of schedule.Since I have uninsured driver insurance on my policy, I was told that my deductible would be waived (I was initially told I'd have to pay it and would be refunded). My claims agent actually waived the deductible before my car was done, so I didn't have to come up with the deductible. An injury claim was then quickly opened and within a couple of days, I had a settlement in hand along with an agreement for medical bills to be paid by the company.Everything was handled quickly and with kindness and compassion. And get this: Nathan even called me to check on me to make sure I was OK! Now that is some service! I'm glad I left AllState and I'm really glad I got Nathan Gleason as an agent. He made sure everything went smoothly, and even more, he followed up to make sure I was both happy with my service and to make sure I was OK after the accident.I could not possibly recommend Nationwide or Nathan Gleason more highly. Everyone involved went above and beyond the call of duty to get this handled quickly and without any cost to me.
