        In a world where customer service has truly become so undervalued, I can't express my appreciation enough for kind people like Libby! We were fortunate enough to meet her when we stopped by for some ice cream scoops and she was beyond gracious. She allowed us to try samples, was patient with us while we took our time selecting our final choices and rang us up quickly. I had a few questions about pre-ordering cakes and she answered them all thoroughly. It's evident she really cares about her job. I really wish more people in a customer-facing role were like Libby because this world would sure be a better place with more people like her!
