Very disappointed. Great for several years Staff is good but they perform unneeded X-rays that are not covered by insurance and dont bill you just sent it to collections!!! Twice they have done this. Charge my CC but then send balance to collections!? When I tell them about it their response is they need to take more X-rays before they can clean. what?!! Seems like they are just billing for everything they can and if insurance doesnt pay, oh well. ADA recommends X-rays 2-3 years unless major issue. Here they want to do it EVERY TIME I walk in the door. So many choices for dental care in Yorba Linda, I recommend going somewhere else. Seems like a scam *** Revision **** Got a message after my original review from this office asking me to call to discuss. I did left message with receptionist. I was told manager would call me back within 24 hours. It is now Going on 2 weeks! No call. Do I need to say more !?!?!?
