The Bryant

I have to say Gustavo and Manny are absolutely wonderful! They can fix anything and are beyond kind. Extremely professional and hard working! I know Im in good hands with them. Theres also another younger maintenance worker who has worked on a couple of things at my apartment and he was great too. To say The Bryant has amazing maintenance workers is an understatement :)

We did a tour here for an apartment and we had such a great time! The customer service in this place is outstanding! We were greeted immediately and they answered every question we had! The apartments are all upgraded with brand new appliances, it honestly looks amazing! I will say we had a better experience here than we did with the Irvine apartment company.

I have lived here at the Bryant Apartment, Yorba Linda for 13 years - the security guard company they hired just took a car from my parking spot that was given to me by my deceased grandmother - that car meant the world to me. In the past 2 years I have had breast cancer, Covit 19 and was unemployed - that security company should have at least left a notice on my car; they didn't! The security company Community Enforcement Patrol from Downey California had a tow truck pick up my car and I will never see my car again because I don't have any money to take it out.

We have lived here for 5 years. We've seen a lot of changes over this time. Without a doubt, this community has never been run better than it is now. Kim, the community manager, has been very responsive to my familie's needs, especially during the process of transferring units. Gustavo, the maintenance supervisor, has gone above and beyond to make sure that our unit and the grounds surrounding it are well maintained. Anything I have asked of Kim and Gus has been handled satisfactorily. We're proud to call The Bryant our home!
