The driver didnt even attempt to deliver my package and I never had an issues with my packages being delivered. Its very sad to see how unprofessional this post office is.

I requested the Woodland post office to pick up my packages at my house, but they did not pick it up several times. I complained to them before, but still, today, no one has come. I called them at 4:30 pm, and they told me the guy would come and they would contact them to remind them, but still, no one came. I am doing business, and I need to ship items on time for the holiday.

I went in today at 4:30 and The line was going all the way to the back when I went in and that was no problem but there was 2 ladys with an open window, one at the very left and one at the very right. The one on the right was helping the line move quickly, was apologetic about the wait, great service. The one on the left spent 10 minutes looking for a customers package which thats fine but I saw her rolling her eyes at the customer then slammed the next window sign on the counter, rolled her eyes at an older gentleman asking her just for stickers and started counting her register to which the lady on the right was shocked and asked her why she was closing when there was a line all the way to the back and they didnt close until 5. She answered back rudely that she was there until 5 and needed to close because she was new and needed extra time to close and repeated she was leaving at 5. Incredibly rude, left me and the people behind me shocked at how rude she responded to her coworker and basically said the line was not her problem. Thankfully another lady came out of the back to help and get the line moving when she saw how busy it was. Overall just made it a distasteful experience to see someone on their team who is so rude and inconsiderate to her coworkers not to mention rude to the 2 customers I saw her help.
