Let me start off by saying that I have been to this boutique many times and have purchase quite a few items for my home. It is very well curated and stocked with some really unique, affordable items from top notch suppliers. It's a great place to find that special item like a matte black vase or stoneware pitcher to take your at home decorating to the next level. Every time I have come in  I  have been treated very politely until today, today there was a new older women working. As soon as we walked in my husband 2 y/o son and I were greeted in a rude tone "can you sanitize your hands please" sorry, we didn't see the tiny hand sanitizer box mounted on the wall next to the front door...no problem at all we sanitized our hands.... as we make our way into the store the employee keeps asking us if we have been to the store before or if we knew what they offered or sold there in a tone that was also rude, like she was being really snooty and interrogating, maybe she thought we were too poor to shop there, idk. Then my curious two year old touched one of the door handles in the back as she yells "don't touch that please" in a rude voice again.... we apologize. Mind you that we supervised our kid the whole time, he was just checking it out because HE'S TWO! Then, almost immediately after she keeps yelling "don't touch that please, don't touch that please" to him again. He was under parent supervision the whole entire time but she kept telling us not to touch anything!!!! At that point my husband and I just look at each other and leave on the spot! Wow! We couldn't believe how she was treating our supervised kid. FYI let the parents do the reprimanding in the future because nobody will tolerate that! We were in the store for a total of 2minutes. Worst two minutes of our lives. I also work at a known boutique in the area and if anyone in our store treated a customer like that I would be appalled at that cold behavior. I love the store but after that experience I don't know if I would return and definitely never with my son...which is sad :( so if you are going to visit just beware that they don't like kids.

Super cute little shop! A hidden gem really! Love all the decor from the classic to whimsical. Very friendly and helpful staff. I look forward to stopping in every chance I get! Love when they have a sale too!

I adore Avila Winters. Karla has the most impeccable taste. Everything she offers is beautiful and unique, and the shop is an absolute treat to wander. I can't wait for the chance to do it again...hopefully soon.

This studio was elegant and the owner was very friendly. Many beautiful pieces to compliment your home.
