Hey Kenneth,Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our business. Although an incident did occur, it was not at the fault of our equipment, all customers drive their own vehicles through our wash tunnel, and failure to follow signs and staff's instruction that your vehicle needs to be placed in neutral, can cause accidents, and that is exactly what happened here. Your father did not put his vehicle in neutral causing him to drive through our tunnel, & unfortunately into the car in front of him. There is no piece of machinery in our tunnel that has the capabilities to push a vehicle at 10 miles per hour. I have the whole incident on video and I would be more than happy to bring you in and show it to you, to prove to you, it is not a fault of our wash.
