        When I began with RCB years ago, they were a small bank that knew me by first name and provided excellent personalized service.  Now, Not so much.I fear they are having difficulties making ends meet since they are closing my branch on Foothills Blvd.  I understand business and worry they don't have enough business to keep the doors open, at least not at my branch in West Roseville.  They are building 20,000 new homes in this area and these guys are closing???I am forced to look for a new banking relationship with all the paperwork and bureaucracy that entails.  Not Happy!
