First, it really works!  They don't need to make you sign long-term contracts because you will WANT to keep coming!  This is an actual medically supervised weight loss program giving you the supplements and information you need to reach your goals.  This my second go around with Alpha Health Care,  I met my goal of 60+ pounds the first time and kept it off for years until a premenopausal hysterectomy caused an almost instant weight gain of 40 pounds.  I then spent years as a human chemistry experiment while they tried to repair the damage to my brain chemicals. Honestly, I also ate badly, when you feel that depressed, In-n-Out Burgers and chocolate are the only ones who understand! I didn't really care about my weight until I ballooned up to - well, let's just say it was a horrifying shock when I finally stepped on a scale again. So back to Alpha Health Care and happily discovered the program was even better.  More natural but the biggest improvement and the real reason they deserve 10 stars - Michelle!Michelle is the best of the best.  She makes you feel great about yourself before you've lost an ounce and is so convinced that you can reach your weight loss goals you can't help but agree.  Michelle will give you all the encouragement you need.  She knows her stuff and presents it with so much charm it is actually fun to go.  Over 25 pounds with 30 still to go, I know I'll get there and Michelle will make it a fabulous journey.  If you need help, make an appointment at the Woodland Hills office today!
