several complaints here... 1. Unprofessional. "You've dealt with this pain for so long - you can deal with it for another month or two" - is NOT something you say to a patient. You can maybe THINK it (makes you a bad, bad dentist) - but not something you say - makes a bad dentist, and a fantastically insensitive jerk. 2. Failure to be clear on accepting insurance and payments. My wife called and asked if you take insurance. You said "yes", yet demanded a payment rather than billing insurance after the visit, saying (wrongly as it turns out) that the insurance doesn't cover the service. Why didn't you tell us about that up front during the call, that you planned on asking for payment anyway? Would have saved us the pain (pun intended). We would have gone to a different dentist. 3. Failure to promptly refund payment for service covered by insurance. It's been over a month since the service and the payment, and over 3 weeks since the claim was processed and covered by insurance - yet still no refund. Overall, a dismal experience.

Dr. Bandary is a phenomenal dentist. He truly cares about the well-being of his patients and will make sure that you feel happy and comfortable at all times. He has taken away my anxiety about seeing a doctor because he is so compassionate and caring in his field of work. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Prosthodontics that gives you an everlasting SMILE. Dr. Bandary is very detailed with the process with great end result. The staff is very friendly I've been a patient of his for more than 10 years☺

Best Dentist in California!!! Been going to Dr. Bandary since I was 5; now in my thirties! He really takes his time with his patients & only does what is best. I would recommend him & his entire staff. The best!!!

I have been a patient for Dr. Bandary for the past 10 years and I will continue being his patient for as long as he is practicing. I have never felt more confident being at a dentists office. He makes his patients feel very comfortable and assures them that he will take care of them 100%. I look forward to being in his chair because I know when I leave his office I have been taken care of. His staff is amazing as well, they always welcoming and they are always interested in the patients comfort. Thank you Dr. Bandary for always making me feel comfortable.
