        James was professional and prompt. He gave me an honest rundown of exactly what needed to be done and his recommendations. He was here about 35 minutes and knew exactly what was going on with the heater. All around a very nice guy. We will 100% use Arlan Plumbing for all our needs going forward. Thank you so much!
