I love this app! I am an avid fitness enthusiast and have tried so many apps and workouts. This is unlike anything I have ever done and by far my favorite method I have done. I love how quick the workouts are and how when I have more time I can stack different workouts. Great instruction that is easy to follow and every month I get a new workout! Highly recommend, you need this in your life.

I never knew that after two pregnancies not only would I have two beautiful baby boys but also bladder leakage and chronic lower back pain. After suffering for longer than I should have, I brought it up to my OBGYN. He started asking me some questions and then told me it sounds like I had pelvic floor dysfunction. I had never heard of it! He told me some people need surgery but he wanted me to download the iCORE Method app first to see if that would resolve my issues. I started doing the pelvic floor exercise programs and soon I noticed my back hurt less and my bladder leakage was gone. Within the next month or so I realized my back wasn't hurting. It's been several months now an both issues are gone! I am a convert now and make sure I keep doing the programs because I have never felt so good. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I am so thankful for Courtney and her ICORE method. I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with pelvic floor issues and or back pain. Courtney is extremely passionate about helping others and is an expert in her field! She is the first trainer I have met that truly specializes in this area. Thank you Courtney!!! You are the best!!!

I never realized the importance of pelvic health until I had my twins. Now after babies I realize that all women, even those who have never been pregnant, should be training their pelvic floor regularly, just like the rest of our body. Courtneys core and pelvic floor programs are the best, because they are quick and they work incredibly. I love that I can workout to the videos and its as if I have a private class with Courtney at home on-demand! Plus the different workouts are all about 15 minutes, so I can fit them in my busy day as a working mom! If you want to truly be strong you need this in your life! I highly recommend for all women!

What about Im a busy mom of three school age kids and always running around. Ever since my pregnancies I have had hip and lower back pain. Some days it is extremely painful and I tried physical therapy and some programs and nothing worked. Then my OBGYN told me about Courtney Virden and the iCORE Method app. She said she uses it and recommends it to patients needing pelvic floor physical therapy and anyone postpartum, no matter how long ago she delivered. Well now that I have been doing it I know why she recommends it. My hip and back pain quickly went away once I started the programs. I dont have very much time to exercise and the workouts are quick and so effective I will always do them. I highly recommend them to everyone!
